Trial Terms, Automatic Billing and Cancellation Policy

Some Services may provide a free trial or introductory offer. These offers are for new subscribers only and there is a limit of one trial per household and per email address unless otherwise stated in the offer. Cabot Wealth Network reserves the right to terminate your Service at any time, if it determines there has been abuse of these restrictions.

Upon signing up for your trial, you will have access to the Service for the promotional trial period. If you cancel prior to the end of the promotional period, any refund will be provided in accordance with the terms of the offer. You agree to pay the applicable subscription fee as set forth in the offer. You may contact Customer Service at support@cabotwealth.com to terminate your subscription.

If you have agreed to enroll in our Continuous Service Program, your membership will automatically renew at the then current rate, until you notify us of your decision to terminate your membership.  If you would like to turn off automatic renewal or extend your subscription for additional years, please contact our Customer Service group. Subscriptions renewed outside of our Continuous Service Program are granted a pro-rated refund if cancelled within 30 days. After that, no additional refund is offered.

BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU PROVIDE YOUR ELECTRONIC AUTHORIZATION FOR FUTURE CHARGES AGAINST YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE UNLESS YOU CANCEL. Accordingly, you agree that your membership fee or subscription will be billed automatically at the beginning of each renewal period at the then-current rate to the credit card you used in your most recent transaction with us.

Cabot Wealth Network reserves the right to increase a Service’s fees or institute new charges upon reasonable notice. Service fees are due in advance. Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel your quarterly or longer Service at any time in the first 30 days of your subscription and receive a full or pro-rated refund (depending on the Service) of the amount you have paid, by contacting Customer Service. After 30 days, no additional refund is offered. Services that are billed monthly may be cancelled at any time with no penalty and no refund.

Subscriptions are non-transferable without prior authorization by Cabot Wealth Network. In the event a subscription is transferred, it will continue through the end of its term and can be renewed at the then-current price and conditions. For assistance in this situation, please contact Customer Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of a Service to any user at any time at our sole discretion.

In the event that we terminate a Service, you agree that Cabot Wealth Network may transfer your subscription to another Service of equal or greater value.
