FOR IMMEDITATE RELEASE

Washington, D.C, June 3, 2008—Cabot China & Emerging Markets Report was today awarded first place, “Best Financial-Advisory Product,” and its editor, Paul Goodwin, was awarded the prestigious 2008 Editorial Excellence Award by the Specialized Information Publishers Foundation (SIPF). Timothy Lutts, Publisher, and Chief Investment Strategist of all the Cabot publications, accepted the award during the Specialized Information Publishers Association annual conference awards luncheon at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Cabot China & Emerging Markets Report is a bi-weekly financial advisory that publishes stock recommendations of companies based in China and other emerging markets including India, Russia and Brazil. Fellow editors and publishers selected Cabot China & Emerging Markets Report for the awards in recognition of its overall editorial excellence of financial advisory content.

The SIPF recognition is the most recent in a series of awards for the newsletter, including CBS MarketWatch’s 2007 Newsletter of the Year and Hulbert Financial Digest’s Top-Performing Investment Newsletter of 2006, 2007 and year-to-date 2008.

In honoring Paul Goodwin and Cabot China & Emerging Markets Report with the first place award, the Specialized Information Publishers Foundation said, “The most important measure of any newsletter is the real value of its information—Hulbert Financial Digest named the Cabot China & Emerging Market Report the top investment newsletter in 2006 and 2007, recognizing the 78.6% annual return for subscribers in 2006 and 74.1% in 2007. The newsletter provides well reasoned market commentary, expertly researched stock recommendations, market timing advice and follow-up advice. Goodwin uses proprietary software to screen all emerging markets stocks that trade on U.S. exchanges, seeking stocks with a combination of market proposition, performance fundamentals and technical characteristics. The publication is written clearly and simply, with a minimum of technical jargon so that subscribers understand the opportunities and risks presented by the markets and stocks featured.”

Second Place was awarded to Motley Fool Stock Advisor published by The Motley Fool, and Third Place went to The Investment Reporter published by MPL Communications Inc.
