For 36 years, The Bowser Report has been the only investment newsletter for stocks $3 a share or less. Because of the systematic way it approaches the management of these low-priced issues, the editor considers them “blue chip penny stocks.” One new stock is selected each month, and then followed-up in the sequential issues regarding company developments. An important analytical tool is the proprietary ratings, which are balance sheet oriented and cover 12 factors. If a stock gets a plus on eight of the factors, it is considered a “buy.” Subscribers are guided by a Game Plan that is publicized in each issue. Instructions on selling are an integral part of the Game Plan. Once a year a Historical Review is published which details what had happened to every recommendation since 1977. The newsletter is published on the second Thursday of each month and is edited and published by Cindy Bowser, and co-edited by research analyst Thomas Rice.

Cindy Bowser is editor and publisher of the Bowser Report. The newsletter was founded by Ms. Bowser’s father R. Max Bowser in 1976.
