In recent years, the editorial baton has passed to Marvin Appel, Ph.D., who has put his own inimitable stamp on the publication. Each issue contains the Systems & Forecasts outlook for the stock and bond markets, discussions of significant stock market indicators, evaluations of key—often ?original—stock market indicators, listings of the best performing mutual funds, model stock and bond model portfolios, and clear, concise, recommendations for actions to readers to take for near as well as longer term market action. The issue, in its full version, is published twenty-four times each year, usually at bi-weekly intervals. Moreover, twice weekly telephone and internet hotlines keep subscribers abreast of developments in the stock and markets between issues.
