The Halter USX China Index has inched back above its lower (50-day) moving average, which might indicate a buy signal if the Index hadn’t been trading sideways since last October. We’re always happy to see the market advance, but the little dance the 25- and 50-day averages have been doing with the Index makes this new state of affairs less thrilling than it might be.
